Intended Audience:
The program is designed for all clinicians, program directors, nurses,
and pharmacists providing care for patients with vitamin D deficiency,
including primary care physicians, women’s health specialists,
osteoporosis specialists, bone health specialists, internists, and other
clinicians managing patients with vitamin D deficiency.
Registration:
Enrollment for this DiseaseStateWRAP is complimentary, and clinicians
are invited to participate in this CME-certified DiseaseStateWRAPs and/or
share this invitation with other colleagues, departmental staff members,
and healthcare professionals.
